CONNECTIONS MATTER

At STAP we believe in building better relationships. We know that people are so much more than what fits on a piece of paper, so we created a way to showcase the entirety of who they are. One of the most basic human instincts is to connect—and the more we know about each other, the easier it is to find those commonalities that strengthens our relationships. Rather than reduce our identities to a handful of words, OVOU celebrates the richness of who we are in every aspect of our lives while reducing waste associated with traditional business cards. Our mission is to empower professionals to make better connections, build relationships, and ultimately help them grow their network.

Reza Varzidehkar

As a third generation entrepreneur, I know the value of connections. As a first generation immigrant, I also know the reality of starting fresh and building a network from scratch. My quest to differentiate myself during professional interactions, led me to create OVOU. My goal for the company is to inspire people to network, make connections, and build meaningful relationships that fuel their success.

Tony Chin

Tony is laying the foundation for OVOU’s corporate culture, training team members, leading customer service, managing production, and day to day operations. With his experience of helping build Article, an online furniture retailer, from an idea to a $100 million company in 5 years, Tony is the perfect leader to help OVOU grow and scale to a large organization.

Amir Mehr

Amir is passionate about using technology to solve problems. He’s motivated by creativity, excited by computer science and committed to team building as a way to leverage collective knowledge for the common good. From software engineering to machine learning and entrepreneurship, Amir is always looking for new ways to connect people and ideas. He also believes technology can help us make better connections.

#100EVENTS

OVOU was launched on February 20th, 2020, as part of the founder’s #100events journey. Reza challenged himself to attend 100 events in 100 days to better connect with the business community. His journey resulted in hundreds of new connections and culminated in bringing his newfound community together at the 100th event to introduce his company.
